SMOKING: E-cigs help kick the habit

Re: “Apply cigarette ban to vaping?” (TNT, 5-5).

I have smoked since Marine Corp boot camp 1963. I tried hypnotism, patches, you name it. Nothing worked because smokers need something in their hands as much as the smoke in their lungs.

After three weeks of e-cigarettes and no smokes, I put down the e-cigs now for four weeks. I don’t understand why the smoke replacement gets a bad rap. I wonder if the Pierce County health people have any bad habits.

    Congrats on quiting Pete!
Keep up the good work, I know it’s hard, even after 4 weeks, but it does get easier!
I quit 5 years ago and still want one every so often, it’s only been in the past year that I stopped smoking in my dreams!

Good for you and I mean it. The question I have is for those who are not quitting and for those who are selling to those who are not quitting.
