Re: “Lies hurt, says city” (TNT, 4-27).

This tragedy will only heal and move forward by each of us committing to decide what we can do on a recurring daily basis to make our workplace, community or recreation area safer, better places, as each of our elected, employed or volunteer officials do during each day.

I am grateful to the Tacoma mayor and each council member physically standing behind her stating the real culprit in this issue is Terapon Adhahn. I personally know each public servant in this issue. I know their commitment to making our city a safer, better place is their daily task.

Our city manager, police chief and police spokesperson are the best any town could hope for. We can only contiune to support them and reaffirm our personal commitment to moving forward by starting or continuing our personal, daily efforts to sustain the safety and health of our family, community and city.

Join me in moving forward with a renewed peace and commitment.
