VOTING: Poll voters miss Rosa Franklin’s influence

On March 4, the state Senate debated a bill that effectively ended poll voting in Pierce County.

When the Legislature began this year, I had sent my representative, state Sen. Steve Conway, a letter informing him that I wanted to see poll voting continue in Pierce County. Not because I took pride in the fact that Pierce County was the last county in the state that allowed poll voting, but because I felt it was a time-honored tradition that should be allowed to continue.

Conway was one the of the senators voting to end poll voting. It’s ironic that he replaced Sen. Rosa Franklin, who was a strong advocate of allowing Pierce County to allow poll voting. I can’t help but wonder if Franklin were still in office if this bill would even have come up for a vote.

The state fix has finally come full circle. The socialist /neo marxists have finally gotten the way too insure their continued dominance over this gulag. Votes for the most socialistic libs are gonna magically appear from the either world to insure their continued push toward the new Soviet style union they crave

Conway is another mistake by the ignorant electorate in Tacoma in the same way we have a Mayor who possesses no common sense!!

If you were in control of the legislature in the Socialist State of Washington, would you want the people to have access to polling stations?? If we had to reduce the salaries of legislators to conduct elections – so be it!. Does anyone wonder why the ballot you submit is in an unmarked envelope??!!

Conway is a neighborhood bully. He’d knock down grandma’s door if she supported a republican, no lie it has happened. He is the biggest bafoon.
