Re: “Boy’s family sues Bethel” (TNT, 6-6).

It is a shame that Bethel School District is being sued because Bethel High School officials failed to notify the parents of a student who set off a chemical bomb that could have killed students and/or staff along with destroying school property.

Maybe school officials were busy calling 911 to protect the safety of others, or maybe the police were handling the situation.

The money that is being used to sue the school district would be better spent on personal or family counseling to solve the anger or attention issues that would cause a student to make and set off a bomb that could maim or cause destruction.

Dang right it’s a waste of money. This family is a waste of good air.

very well stated. If the bomb materials had caused someone to be killed or injured, would the school district have been able to sue them? Let’s get real.
