This week: Waste Management Phoenix Open, Thursday through Sunday, TPC Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Ariz.

World rankings: Moore is 45th, Stanley is 82nd and Kelly is 271st.

2013 earnings: Stanley has $72,312 (78th on the PGA Tour), Moore has $63,000 (81st on the PGA Tour) and Kelly has not cashed in an event this season.

Last tournament: For the past two tournaments, no local has made the cut. That includes last week’s Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines where Stanley finished 145th (7-over-par 151), and Kelly withdrew after the first round with flu-like symptoms. This is an important week for Stanley, out of Bellarmine Prep. He came back from eight strokes down to win the tournament title at 15-under 269, firing a final-round 65. He has now settled down in the greater Phoenix area, so this is essentially a home event. … Moore, who took the past two weeks off after missing the cut at the Sony Open, also used to live in Scottsdale, and has played TPC Scottsdale a number of times. He has made the cut in five of his seven appearances at the Phoenix Open, including a 78th-place finish last season (13-over 297).

Tee times Thursday: Kelly is 7:39 a.m. PDT off the first tee, and Stanley (off No. 1 tee) and Moore (off No. 10 tee) are at 12:25 p.m. PDT.
