FedEx Cup playoff standings: Stanley has 1,117 points (22nd in FedEx Cup), Moore has 635 points (64th in FedEx Cup) and Kelly has 394 points (118th in FedEx Cup)
Last tournament: Every year since Moore has been eligible, he has advanced to at least two legs of the four-tournament FedEx Cup playoffs, including a run to the Tour Championship in 2010, which made him eligible for all the major championships the following year. He wrapped up the regular season at last week’s Wyndham Championship (6-under-par 274, tied for 37th). … In his inaugural FedEx Cup playoff appearance last season, Stanley survived all the way to the BMW Championship – the third event – before bowing out. He has not played since missing the cut at the PGA Championship (14-over 158) on Aug. 12. … Not only has Kelly clinched his PGA Tour card for next year, he is in the FedEx Cup playoffs for the first time. How long he sticks around as the No. 118 seed remains to be seen. Kelly placed 63rd at lat week’s Wyndham Championship (1-under 279). The top 100 (and ties) after this week move on to the Deutsche Bank Championship.
