Tacoma’s Craig Larson, the reigning club championship at Oakbrook Country and Golf Club, fired a blistering 5-under-par 67 at Chambers Bay Golf Course to capture the Puget Sound Amateur.

His 3-under 141 total defeated University Place’s James Feutz by five strokes. Feutz, a Bellarmine Prep senior headed to UNLV, shot a 69 at Chambers Bay.

The tournament was played at Lake Spanaway Golf Course (first round) and Chambers Bay (final round).
