Recap: For much of the round, the Puyallup product was under-par – reaching 2-under after he his a 60-yard wedge shot close, and sank a 21/2-foot putt on the par-4 sixth. But like last week, he ran into a one-hole blowup – this time on the difficult eighth hole where he hit his approach shot into a greenside pond, and made a double bogey.
