This week: PGA Tour’s Crowne Plaza Invitational, Thursday through Sunday, Colonial Country Club, Fort Worth, Texas.

First-round score: 2-under-par 68.

Position: Moore is tied for 24th, five strokes behind co-leaders Woody Austin, Tim Clark and Steve Stricker (66).

Recap: The Puyallup golfer accomplished something
Thursday he hadn’t done since the first week – register a bogey-free
round. His 70 featured birdies at Nos. 2 (8-foot putt) and 11
(3-footer), matching his five-birdie, no-bogey third round of the Bob
Hope Classic.

Tee time Friday: 7:02 a.m. PDT off the first tee.
