The Moody Blues on tap to play at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery

Remember The Moody Blues, the iconic group behind “Nights in White Satin” and “Tuesday Afternoon”?
They’re still playing after 40 years. The multi-platinum group will perform at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Woodinville on June 4 as part of their U.S. tour that launches this month.

Proving that their music retains a timeless quality, The Moodies’ legendary hit, “Nights in White Satin,” just reached number 2 on the UK Rock Chart and number 27 on the BBC Radio 1 chart, the fourth time the song has charted, according to the concert promoter’s news released. “Nights” was originally released in 1967. The song earned a new generation of listeners when it was covered by Matt Cardle, winner of Simon Cowell’s hit UK show “The X Factor.”
