Kite buggies to sail across sand at Long Beach
If you are going to be visiting the Long Beach Peninsula April 16-17, check out the demonstration of kite buggies.
Ten or more kite buggy pilots, all members of the North American Power Kiting Association, will demonstrate the skills needed to use wind power to propel a land vehicle. The demonstrations will take place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. both days on the beach paralleling the Long Beach boardwalk.
