Lakewood Playhouse announces 2012-13 season

Lakewood Playhouse has announced their 2012-13 season line-up just days after naming John Munn as their new managing artistic director.

Here’s the season:

Free Tuesday concerts on American Lake

The City of Lakewood is sponsoring a free concert series at American Lake Park. From a gently sloping lawn (bring your chairs or blankets) you’ll be able to hear a wide variety of music through mid-August. Tonight’s concert will be the finals for a local talent competition.

And if the entertainment’s not what you expected? No problem, there’s a swimming area just below the stage. A concessionaire will also be on site during the concerts.

Concerts are held Tuesdays (except for August 2).
