Al Jarreau teams up with Tacoma Symphony at State Fair

Al Jarreau will perform with the Tacoma Symphony at the Washington State Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 10, it was announced today. Tickets are now on sale.

The seven-time Grammy Award winner Jarreau’s long career has produced hits like “So Good” and “We’re In This Love Together.”

Tickets for the show are $40, $50 and $75. Fair gate admission is included in the concert price. Tickets are now on sale on the Fair website, or by phone at 888-559-FAIR (3247) daily, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. PST. Tickets can also be purchased at

Macklemore adds third Seattle show

First there was only one. Now there are three Macklemore and Ryan Lewis shows at Seattle’s KeyArena.

The duo announced today that they are adding a third show to their tour-wrapping stop in their hometown. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday.

“The first two nights sold out very quickly and we don’t want you guys stuck dealing with scalpers. So get ‘em quick tomorrow,” Macklemore wrote on his Facebook page today.

Pearl Jam announces Dec. 6 show at KeyArena

Hometown favorite Pearl Jam announced today it will play a Dec. 6 show at Seattle’s KeyArena. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 27 at the KeyArena Box Office, Ticketmaster outlets,, or charge by phone toll free at 800-745-3000.

The two-leg, twenty-four date North American tour kicks-off in Pittsburgh on Oct. 11. The second leg of the tour begins in Dallas on Nov. 15 and closes in Seattle.

Macklemore adds second KeyArena show

Macklemore is big in his hometown. No surprise there.

His Dec. 12 show quickly sold out and now he and partner Ryan Lewis have added a second show on Dec. 11. Tickets go on sale today at 10 a.m.

Hit the Thrift Shop: Macklemore to play KeyArena

It’s time to dust off your thrift shop treasures. The Seattle hip-hop duo of Macklemore and Lewis are returning to their hometown for a Dec. 12 show at KeyArena.

The concert will be the final stop on their fall arena tour. If you want to catch them earlier they’ll kick off the tour in Portland on Oct. 22 and play Spokane on Oct. 23.

The concert will feature special guests Talib Kweli and Big K.R.I.T.

Tickets will be available at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Drake to play Tacoma Dome Sept. 26

Grammy winner Drake will be playing the Tacoma Dome on September 26, part of his Would You Like A Tour?, it was announced today.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 21.

The Would You Like A Tour? tour (I know…awkward) kicks off the day before in Portland with special guest Miguel.

Sasquatch expands to second weekend in 2014

The quick-to-sell-out Sasquatch Music Festival announced today it will add a second weekend to next year’s festival. The added dates will have a separate lineup from the first weekend.

Next years dates are May 23-25 (Memorial Day weekend) and July 4-6 (Independence Day weekend).

This year’s festival sold out in a record 90 minutes. The popular festival takes place at The Gorge, the concert venue high above the Columbia River Gorge in Quincy.
