If you already have seen Zoolights and Fantasy Lights and are still hungry for elaborate holiday displays, head to Federal Way for the Holiday with Lights at Wild Waves Theme Park. It features rides, the North Pole with Santa, live entertainment holiday shows and Toyland, where you can write a letter to Santa or make a craft. The Washington State History Museum will transport you back to the days when the iron horse was king with the sights and sounds of model train displays. The Model Train Festival is sure to please with scaled-down steam engines weighing half a ton to people no bigger than a fingernail. In addition, the Puget Sound Model Railroad Engineers will operate their masterpiece – the largest permanent model railroad layout in the state. It runs through Jan. 1 at 1911 Pacific Ave., Tacoma. Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, except it closes at 1 p.m. Dec. 24 and is closed Christmas. Admission is $7-$9.50. Call 888-272-9747

Hailing from Chicago via the San Francisco comedy scene, Steve Marzan has performed standup for 10 years, appearing on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” “The Bob & Tom Radio Show” and winning an Emmy for writing on “The Ellen Degeneres Show.” He will perform at 8 and 10:30 p.m. tonight and Saturday at the Tacoma Comedy Club, 933 Market St., Tacoma.
