It’s not every day I get a note from someone who calls himself Kevin Bacon Bits and signs it, “With Relish.”

But then it’s not every day the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile comes to town.

Kevin (real name: Kevin Jacobsen) drives the Wienermobile and he tells me they are going to be in the South Sound Thursday through Sunday.

“We have some very fun events planned, and of course, we will have the famous Oscar Mayer Wiener Whistles. We will also have some fun games, contests, and prizes so be sure to come see us,” Kevin writes.

Kevin said the tubular vehicle is 76 years old and promised me a “behind the bun” sneak peek if I came by. I wish I could mustard the willpower but I have too much work to ketchup on. See, Kevin? Two can play this game.
