Comedy

Enjoy stand-up comedy at Nate Jackson’s Super Funny Comedy Show at 8 p.m. tonight. It’s at Varsity Grill, 1114 Broadway, Tacoma. $10 – $15, www.superfunnycomedyshow.com.

Environment

Learn about homes in Olympia that incorporated natural elements with the Guided Green Tour-Unique Natural Homes. It will be touring three homes, and driving by one home, highlighting sustainable building practices, and get to know local businesses who can help achieve their green goals. Art

Stop by 253 Collective Gallery, 1901 S. Jefferson Ave., Tacoma and meet artist Kate Lynch. Her exhibit “For the Birds and the Trees” is a collection of the artist’s images of eagles, hummingbirds, shorebirds, and songbirds juxtaposed with photographs and photo illustrations of trees. It’s Tacoma’s ArtWalk tonight. There is free admission to museums and local galleries will be open late. It is 5-8 p.m. in Downtown Tacoma and it’s free.

Music

Enjoy the jazz sounds of Uptown Lowdown Jazz tonight at Summer Concert on the Lawn. It’s at 6:30 p.m. at Franke Tobey Jones, 5340 N. Bristol St., Tacoma and it’s free. 253-752-6621, www.franketobeyjones.com.

Recreation

If you’ve been interested in archery then you should check out Thursday Night Archery at Skookum Archery Rang, 11209 Shaw Road E., Puyallup. It’s public instruction in the private clubhouse range with equipment and instructors supplied from 6:15-7:45 p.m. tonight and every Thursday through Oct. 27.
