UPDATE: The grand opening ceremony has been rescheduled due to some construction delays. The new grand opening is set for 2 p.m. Sept. 20

Students at Clover Park Technical College  will soon be learning in a new 55,000-square-foot Health Sciences Facility.

The Lakewood college will host a grand opening ceremony on July 16.

The building is CPTC’s first attempt at LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design)  certification and is designed to meet LEED Silver Standards. It will feature a medicinal herb garden and solar panels on the outside, but will also house leading edge tools and technology for  health career programs.
