A pair of 12-year-old boys were taken to Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital Thursday night after they were hit by a vehicle when they blew through a stop sign in Bonney Lake, police Sgt. Robert Haog said.

Their injuries are not life-threatening, he said.

One boy was riding a scooter and the other a bike, when a slow moving vehicle hit them about 9:30 p.m. at 75th Street East and 194th Avenue East, according to police.

Hoag said officers are still investigating the crash.
