MitchellA vulnerable woman missing since March 31 from a rehabilitation center in Kent has not been found, police said this morning.

Det. Melanie Frazier said police are following up on several tips as to Pamela Mitchell’s whereabouts, including a sighting at a Safeway grocery store at 210 Washington Avenue South. A passerby reported seeing a woman matching Mitchell’s description waiting for a bus.

Mitchell, 58, signed herself out of the Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center at 22410 Benson Rd. SE last Sunday to go to the grocery store and didn’t return.

She has no friends or family members in the area and has a history of leaving the facility.

Mitchell has physical and mental disabilities and needs medication, a social worker at the center told police.

She is described as 5-feet-9 and 170 pounds, with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing sandals and a dress.

Anyone who sees Mitchell is asked to call 911.
