UPDATE 2: From MultiCare Facebook site: “After investigating a threat on our Tacoma campus, we determined there’s no danger and have called the all-clear. All of our Tacoma locations have been evaluated and nothing was found to be suspicious. We appreciate the assistance of the Tacoma Police Department in this effort.”

UPDATE: MultiCare spokeswoman Marce Edwards said someone called in “a nonspecific threat” to the health-care provider’s main Tacoma campus, which includes Tacoma General Hospital and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Health Center, about 1 p.m. Police were called and are investigating, Edwards said. The campus remains open.
