Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help to identify suspects in the armed robbery of a Parkland jewelry store March 5.

Two men entered the store about 11:45 a.m. in the 10100 block of Pacific Avenue South, armed with a hand gun, and demanded cash and jewelry.

A surveillance video shows the men, dressed in gloves and camouflage coats and pants, putting the goods in a bag. Afterward they fled on foot, deputies said.

One suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, about 5 foot 9, 170 pounds, with short auburn hair and blue eyes.

The other is a light skinned black man in his 20s, 5 foot 7, 180 pounds, with black hair and glasses.

Anyone with information is asked to call Tacoma-Pierce County Crime Stoppers at 253-591-5959. Tips are anonymous, and those that lead to arrest and charges can earn up to a $1,000 reward.
