A 17-year-old boy accused of lewd conduct against female employees at two downtown Tacoma shops has pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.

He was ordered to serve 24 days at Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center, which he was given credit for already serving. He must also write a letter of apology to each victim and be on probation for a year. He can serve community service to reduce his sentence, Pierce County deputy prosecutor Kevin Benton said.

The teen was arrested in early February after assaulting women on Antique Row by distracting them and ejaculating on their backs. He fled the store before the victims realized what he’d done. The incidents prompted female employees to band together with a phone tree and other methods in case he was spotted.
