Puyallup police seek man who stole Children’s Miracle Network donation bin

Puyallup donation bin theftPuyallup police are asking for the public’s held in identifying a man wanted for stealing a Children’s Miracle Network donation bin.

The theft occurred about 7:10 p.m. Jan. 20 outside a Walmart store, 310 31st Ave Southeast. Witnesses and surveillance footage captured two men loading the donation bin into a black 1990s Ford Thunderbird and driving away.

One of the men was arrested. He told police he only knew his accomplice by the nickname “Ahab,” given because the man apparently looks like a pirate.
