Pierce County prosecutors today charged a 13-year-old Eatonville boy who sparked panic at his middle school Friday with the discovery of a handwritten “kill list.

The boy faces four counts of felony harassment. He pleaded not guilty to all charges this afternoon and was ordered held at Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center.

Prosecutors said the list, which was reported by a fellow student at Eatonville Middle School, targeted 10 students.

School officials spoke directly with the parents of all students and emergency-expelled the boy accused of making the list, Principal Ken Andersen told parents in a recorded phone message.
