Wind and rain return to the area this morning and are expected to last through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

Today’s high will be 48. Forecasters predict a south wind up to 17 mph.

The forecast for Wednesday and Thursday look similar, though the Weather Service says fog will replace rain for Friday.

As for the weekend, it should be partly sunny with temperatures lingering in the mid to high 40s.
