Three people were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in an apartment building in SeaTac, the SeaTac Fire Department reported.

Flames were reported about 5:30 a.m. on the second floor of the complex in the 3000 block of South 154^th Street, just north of Highway 518.

Firefighters searched the unit for three occupants, who were treated for smoke inhalation but not taken to area hospitals.

Investigators have not determined the cause.
