Three people were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in an apartment building in SeaTac, the SeaTac Fire Department reported.

Flames were reported about 5:30 a.m. on the second floor of the complex in the 3000 block of South 154th Street, just north of Highway 518.

Firefighters searched the unit for three occupants, who were treated for smoke inhalation but not taken to area hospitals.

Investigators have not determined the cause.
