Federal Way police said a series of break-ins are keeping residents in the Marine Hills neighborhood on edge.

The neighborhood, which has a neighborhood crime prevention group that is helping officers generate tips, has been targeted eight times Jan. 1-24.

Police said the burglaries – which include mail and package thefts – generally occur on weekdays between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Anyone with information on the burglaries or suspicious vehicles in the area is asked to call 911.
