Anyone with information on the burglars who stole $2 million worth of Wii game consoles from a Seattle air cargo last month could earn up to $11,000 in reward monies, according to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

The theft happened Dec. 16 between 12:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. at the air cargo, 19111 Des Moines Memorial Dr.

The thieves used forklifts and trailers to steal 65 pallets of Wii game consoles. Some of the trailers and trucks used were later located in Auburn and Fife, King County sheriff’s officials said.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charging of the suspects. “Interested parties” are offering another $10,000.

Tipsters may call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
