Ninja-Turtle-3Puyallup police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who held up a convenience store earlier this month.

The man entered the 7-11 store at 941 South Meridian just before 2 a.m. Jan. 5 and immediately pulled out a knife and jumped on the counter.

He demanded money and told the cashier he “was serious and didn’t want to hurt anyone,” according to a Puyallup Police Department news release.

The man then fled.

He is described as white, 20 to 25 years old with blond hair. He is about 5-feet-5 to 5-feet-7 and weighs 145 pounds. The suspect was wearing blue Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle pants, a gray hooded sweatshirt and a blue mask.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police tip line at 253-770-3343.
