3 firefighters suffer minor injuries as crews fight blaze overnight at abandoned Tacoma house

Crews responded before 4 a.m. to flames at a vacant house in the 1900 block of South Yakima Avenue, according to Tacoma Fire.

Three firefighters suffered minor injuries that were related to the location of the house, on a hill that was icy and made it difficult to fight the fire, according to Tacoma Fire.

The cause of the blaze is still being investigated.
