Southbound I-5 reopened after overnight crash that blocked freeway

A crash on southbound Interstate 5 near South 54th Street has been cleared, according to the Washington State Patrol.

There are no major injuries, trooper Guy Gill said.

The crash was related to a disabled vehicle, he added.

WSDOT reported about 3 a.m. that the crash was blocking lanes of the southbound freeway.
