The State Patrol is looking for witnesses to a fatal car-pedestrian crash that happened Halloween night in Enumclaw on westbound state Route 410.

Justin Relethford, 16 of Enumclaw, died after he was hit by a pickup about 8 p.m. near milepost 23 as he was walking on the right shoulder, according to the State Patrol.

A 16-year-old Enumclaw girl who was walking with Relethford did not report any injuries.

The 20-year-old from Buckley who was driving the pickup is being investigated for vehicular homicide, the State Patrol said.

Anyone who has information about the crash or who knows someone who does is asked to call Detective Greg Wilcoxson at (425) 401-7746.
