Man treated for gunshot wound near Kent transit station

Kent firefighters treated a man with a gunshot wound tonight after they were called at 7:25 p.m. to the 500 block of Railroad Avenue North, Kent Fire Cpt. Kyle Ohashi said.

The man was transported to the hospital, but his condition and the circumstances of the shooting were not immediately available.

The Kent SoundTransit station is at 301 Railroad Avenue North.
