UPDATE as of 10:57 a.m. The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory through Tuesday morning with gusts up to 45 mph predicted in Tacoma.
The advisory is in effect from 5 p.m. this evening to 5 a.m. Tuesday. Affected areas include Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, Everett, Chehalis and Port Angeles.
Forecasters said southwest winds will pick up to 20-30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
Toppled trees and falling branches could cause power outages, the advisory warns.

Forecasters say it will get very wet again after 11 a.m. with lights winds gusting up to 15 mph. Today’s high will be 63.
The showers will likely last until Wednesday, and the weather should stay dry until Friday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday’s high will drop into the high 50s.
