A 24-year-old man arrested Saturday for investigation of a fatal stabbing outside a Federal Way bar is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
King County Superior Court set Jorge Arturo Santos Rocha’s bail at $1 million today. The deadline for prosecutors to charge the suspect is Oct. 17.
A fight near a bar in the 2000 block of South 320th Street left a 34-year-old man dead about 2:45 a.m. Saturday. The man also suffered a head injury, possibly from being hit by the suspect’s 2001 Ford Mustang, police said. The 34-year-old has not yet been identified by Federal Way police.
A second suspect was still at large, police said.
