Someone shot a single round into the drive-through window at a fast food restaurant in Auburn early this morning.

The shooting occurred just before 3 a.m. at Jack in the Box, 315 15th Street NE. No one was injured.

The clerk told the customer he couldn’t hear the order over the music playing in the vehicle and when he came to the window, the customer fired a gun and then sped away.

The round hit the far wall of the restaurant.

Police processed the scene and are searching for the suspect.
