Kent motorcyclist killed in crash identified

A Kent motorcyclist killed Monday after colliding with a van has been identified as 32-year-old Richard V. Eastwood.

The accident occurred about 10:15 p.m. in the 8400 block of South 212th Street.

Police said a 44-year-old man driving a van was traveling west on 212th and made a left turn into the path of Eastwood’s motorcycle.

Eastwood struck the front of the van and was ejected from his bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
