UPDATE: Authorities say the same two men who held up the gas stations in Federal Way also robbed a gas station in Renton about 2:10 a.m. and are suspected of two more robberies in Kent.

INITIAL POST: Federal Way police are searching for a duo who robbed two gas stations early this morning.

The first holdup occurred about 1:25 a.m. when two armed men walked into the Chevron gas station, 1712 S. 356th St., and demanded money. Police performed a K-9 track, but it was unsuccessful.

About 20 minutes later, the same two men robbed a 7-11 gas station at 28719 Military Rd S. The clerk suffered head and facial injuries after struggling with the robbers, who did not make off with any money.

Officers have surveillance footage of both robberies.

Both suspects are black and between the ages of 20 and 25.

One is 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 9 and was wearing a turquoise jumpsuit, navy blue gloves, a dark stocking cap and a blue bandana over his face during the first holdup. For the second robbery, he changed into a black shirt, black pants, a dark stocking cap and dark gloves. He carried a silver semi-automatic handgun.

The second suspect is 5 feet 9 to 5 feet 11 with a short beard. He wore black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, a gray stocking cap, white gloves and shoes and a white shirt or scarf covering his face for both robberies.
