A 49-year-old Colville man who died Monday near McKenna after rolling a septic tank truck has been identified as Mark A. Webb.

The accident occurred about 7:30 a.m. as Webb drove west on state Route 702 near state Route 507. Webb was likely speeding when he went through an intersection and over-corrected the commercial truck, causing it to roll, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Poor visibility contributed to the crash.

The truck spilled about 3,000 gallons of wastewater that Webb had been hauling, troopers said.
