A 23-year-old man from Fife died after he was ejected from his  motorcycle in Seattle Monday, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Clinton Siegmann was driving just after 11 p.m. on the ramp from Mercer Street to southbound Interstate 5, when the vehicle lost control and both he and his 24-year-old female passenger were ejected, the State Patrol said.

The woman was taken to Harborview Medical Center for her injuries.

The  cause of the crash is unknown, according to the State Patrol.

Both the driver and passenger were wearing helmets, troopers said.

You may want to check your story there TNT. People dont get ejected from vehicles when they wear thier seatbelts.

WSP clarified that it was a motorcycle crash, and that they were wearing helmets, not seat belts. The early post has been edited to reflect that. Thank you!
