Shelby Jacks, 16, has been missing since Aug. 3 and could be heading for Washington, according to the National Center for Missing Youth.

Jacks went missing from Gas City, Ind. and was last seen in Minneapolis at a soup kitchen, the center said in an alert.

Other possible destinations are Chicago, Colorado and Oregon, and she is with a juvenile female, the center said.

Jacks is 5 feet, 5 inches and 110 pounds. She has two bottom-lip piercings, gauged ears, navel and tongue piercings, and she wears two hoops on the right side of her nose – according to the center.

“Navel”. Unless she is in possession of ships, all of which are pierced.
