UPDATE: The ramp to SR 512 has been cleared, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. WSDOT Traffic cameras don’t show backups in either direction of I-5.

INITIAL POST: A two-car collision on northbound Interstate 5 is completely blocking the off ramp to State Route 512, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Another one-car crash is blocking the left lane of southbound I-5 just south of SR 512.

There are no major injuries in either crash, Trooper Guy Gill said, but they’re expected to delay traffic.

“Traffic in that area is definitely going to be slow until all the emergency vehicles get cleared out of there, so expect delays both ways (on I-5),” Gill said.

Tow trucks are on the way to both accidents, he said.
