Federal Way police say they are looking for a man who has been missing since April and suffers from physical and mental disabilities.

Raymond Lee Shiflet, 47, walked away from a private care facility April 15 in the 3200 block of Southwest 344th Street, police said.

He went missing twice in 2011 and was returned both times after being approached by law enforcement.

Police have distributed law enforcement and public bulletins about Shiflet over the past several months.

His family out-of-state has not heard from him, police said.

Shiflet is described as 180 pounds and 5 foot, 1o inches, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information about Shiflet is asked to call Federal Way police at 253-835-6895, to email kristopher.krusey@cityoffederalway.com, or to call 911.
