An Amber Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old Shelton girl who disappeared from her bedroom sometime last night or this morning. Authorities fear she might have been kidnapped.

Vivian Gaspar-Guerrero was last seen about 9 p.m. Tuesday. Police say there appears to have been a struggle in her bedroom, her window was open and the screen was cut. She was discovered missing about 7:30 a.m.

The FBI and Washington State Patrol have joined the search and are canvassing nearby neighborhoods.

Authorities said they do not believe Vivian left voluntarily by herself or with anyone else.

Gaspar-Guerrero is Hispanic, 5 feet 2 and 128 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a black blouse.

Authorities said they have no information on who might have taken her.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
