She didn’t know what she was aiding and abetting? Please. To be unaware of what was going on during the time she helped the murderer out, she would have to be deaf, blind, and living under a rock. When somebody comes to her bleeding like a stuck hog, wanting money and making tracks out of town, doesn’t that raise a red flag, and make her wonder what’s going on? If the State policy is to let people who behave themselves out early, then that’s the policy. But I hope she doesn’t get a traffic ticket any time soon. Oh, hell, maybe I do hope she does. It won’t be a pretty sight.

I stood in the Freezing cold – in a Flag Line, until I could no longer stand to honor the 4 LEO’s her brother murdered, unless you put yourself out similarly, STFU, its like not voting then complaining about those in office…There is enough hate in this world without we continually revisit this. She is now and will always be a convicted felon. That in and of itself means she will never be totally free…SO LET IT BE! I am and that’s the last I will say or read about it…

I think this is the correct decision. Jail cells should be reserved for people who can’t function in society. Not her. This woman was obviously caught in the wrong situation at the wrong time. Yes she made a bad judgement call but they guy was her own flesh and blood.

Cut her some slack. You might have done the same thing in her situation.

Note, she was not convicted of helping Clemons, she was convicted of helping Allen. If the Appeals Court threw out the conviction, the evidence must have been pretty flimsy, even non existent. The part I do not get, why it took a month to turn her loose after the conviction was overturned. It is a good thing my brother and sister are not judged on my behavior!

It would be a waste of time and money to lock this non dangerous woman up for another 3 years. We have too many laws and are obsessed with punishment. The money we spend on it is crazy.
