Police are looking for a woman who allegedly swung a fillet knife at a store clerk last night after he tried to stop her from leaving the store without paying for merchandise in her bag.

The woman walked into a business in the 3700 block of Pacific Avenue and began putting items in her purse.

The clerk confronted her, and she allegedly punched him several times.

Police said she tried to flee the business, the clerk tried to stop her, and she forced her way past him and outside.

When the clerk followed the woman, she allegedly pulled out a fillet knife and swung it at him several times.

He was not injured.

Witnesses told police the suspect got into a vehicle nearby and drove off with two other women.
