A confrontation between two former roommates led to one stabbing the other at Titlow Beach Wednesday night, police said.

The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim four times and fled on foot from the 8400 block of Sixth Avenue.

The victim was taken to the hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.

Thankyou for using the correct term “alledgedly” in the headline of this story. The “alledged” suspect being accused of something as serious as stabbing anyone, let alone a childhood friend is in no way accurate. The suspest was not the aggressor nor was he looking to be and all who witnessed this need to speak up. A gathering of friends unfortunatly had a very scary life altering event for everyone. My hope for both of you is to realize how precious life is and how quickly things can change with bad choices. Please tell the whole story. You guys were friends. Keep it real. The alledged suspect didn’t run he helped the alledged victim as did others to get help. Why? Because his friend was hurt. An accusation is made that you stabbed your friend that would scare any of you. So you kids, you homies you need to tell the whole story and fix this. Peace.

Seems your information is so wrong. The “suspect” did stab his “friend” 4 times. He did not stay on the scene he ran. He did NOT stay and help. A young girl did. If he is innocent why did he run? If he is innocent he should contact the police. Also his girlfriend should quit taunting people close to the victim telling them she knows where he is and that no one will find him. Life changing? You are at least correct in that.
