Kent police continue to look for the suspect in a Sunday shooting that happened in the 22400 block of Benson Road Southeast about 1 p.m.

A 26-year-old man allegedly argued with the victim before firing multiple shots and hitting him in the torso, and then fled, police say.

The victim, a man in his 20s, is still being treated for potentially life-threatening injuries.

Police describe the suspect as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and a gray hooded sweatshirt, and carrying a black handgun.

Did the police indicate whether the suspect is caucasian or not? We have clothing color, but not that???

  2. Irritated says:

Haha! I guess they are pretty positive he hasn’t changed his clothes and is waving his gun around like a mad man. If he is exactly as described, I’ll know he’s dangerous, thanks to this description.
