A bloodhound with the Fife Police Department helped find a missing 22-year-old man in Lakewood last night.

The dog, named  Bandit, responded with his officer to the 10400 block of Gravelly Lake Dr. SW in Lakewood at about 10 p.m. Thursday.

Bandit followed the scent of the missing person, who is autistic, Fife police said, and found him shortly thereafter in bushy area behind a fence.

The man was unharmed and was safely returned to his residence.
